What games could I expect to play on like medium or something on the Vanquish lvl1, and what games xouls I max out? I'm mainly asking how it would run the Crysis series.

A lot depends on your monitors resolution. Here's a link to compare the gtx 650, in the Vanquish 1, and various games and resolutions.

Spending just a bit more on Vanquish level 2 will give you much better gaming, maybe double the fps, in some cases. But, budget is a deciding factor.
