Questions:

Is there a big benefit for gaming between the GTX 670 2gb versus 4gb? I want windows 8 on this desktop but it wont let me choose it.

The only game I know of that uses more than 2GB vram is Skyrim with lots of texture mods.   Even then the extra only helps a bit.   Unless you game on multi monitor, high resolution monitors , or do large file HD rendering applications with Maya, etc. not needed as of now.

The Win8 question.....email DS.    Its probably because the Vanquish is already built and tested and ready to ship that day..
