I ordered one nvme and one hdd for my custom digital storm velox pc but I have another hdd in my current pc that I built myself that I want to put into the velox, would this be an easy process?

Yes, easy to swap over. Just remove old HDD, mount it into your new Velox. Find a SATA power cable in the wiring and connect it. Connect a SATA data cable from HDD to an empty SATA slot on your motherboard. That’s it. If you have an older HDD you might need a SATA to molex adapter for power, but that goes back several years.
Good luck. ![]() |

Congrats on your order. That is a very nice case and roomy. The drive cages should be pre-wired. In the images it shows 2 in the front. It might be as easy as just open the bay, insert the HDD making sure it is properly plugged in and turn system on. It should appear in you devices. If not, open the back and make sure the SATA and power cables are connected to the back. If not, look in your box of goodies and the wires should be there. Connect accordingly and you should be good to go. Good luck and enjoy. ![]() |
