Velox chassis Front I/O ports inaccessible

I received my new rig yesterday (config #2431301) The Front I/O ports on my Velox chassis are not accessible because they don't line up with the holes. I submitted a Help Request bu wondered if this is a common occurrence and easy to fix. Here are photos of the ports, and my system specs.
