Velox missing hard drive

Hi, I just received my velox and it's missing the 3 tb hard drive I ordered with it. I checked inside and looked at the memory available and no sign. Is there any way I could get it shipped since I already paid for it?

Bummer....assume your order says it was purchased, and you checked for it in the case.    You need to take photos of both sides of the rig and contact DS Support to advise them ASAP... Drives are located flat on the backplane left side of the case in Velox. DS will have outgoing QC photos of their own before they shipped to compare with. I’m sure they will take care of you!   Let us know how it goes...

Your edit... I guess you found it? Hiding in the back?

If it's in there but it doesn't show up in "This PC", go to disk management. It should be there, but you may need to "create a new volume and assign a drive letter".

Im new to having a desktop so i didnt realize the hard drive could be in the back. It wasn't showing up in this pc so thats when i thought it was missing... till i found it. I checked all the connections and noticed the power cable wasn't plugged in all the way in the power supply. Needless to say it works now. Sorry for wasting your time.
