Just received the following configuration (4256371).
Velox AMD Ryzen 9 5950X ASUS ROG Crosshair VIII Dark Hero 32GB DDR4 3200MHz Digital Storm Performance Series 850W Digital Storm Performance Series 1TB Digital Storm M.2 Performance Series Radeon RX 6900 XT 16GB LQ What I didn't expect was that one of the glass panels actually had a sheared off mount (is this even replaceable?!), and the top IO panel is unusable due to poor mounting/board design. Is this normal? Outside of that machine works great, just seems like the case quality upon arrival is really poor... I can not view your pictures, but it sounds like shipping damage. You need to talk to DS customer service right away.

Ditto on the pictures not loading. But I agree with both Cretae and Nomad1970, I'd contact DS customer service directly. Most of the people on the forum are just fellow customers. A few DS employees do monitor the forum from time to time, but it will be much quicker to contact DS directly. Definitely sounds like shipping damage to me.

+1 Sorry for the issue. No worries, DS will do you right. You can be sure that it did not leave the shop with damage. All systems are checked and photographed before shipping. We have seen some images of shipping damage and .......  The Velox, Bolt and Aventum models are exclusive DS designs. The window is on the right and mobo is mounted upside down. Enjoy. That is a very nice system.
