                I am very happy to say that I am new here and I love what I see on the site and the forum. I found this site about a month and a half ago. After quite a bit of research into other companies I decided that I would like to stick with Digital Storm. I believe it has a certain feel to it that I haven’t been able to find with other companies. I am a college student who built his first computer freshman year of high school, was forced to get a tablet in college due to requirements, and now wants a proper gaming platform. I am a programmer on the side studying chemical engineering and I am familiar with computer hardware. Well, that is my short introduction and now it is time for business.

I have a Samsung 22 inch wide screen and I would like to run games at a good resolution but I am not exactly sure what I want or should run it at.

 

I plan on upgrading to liquid cooling, increase ram, and increase my processor at a later date. I have a tight budget and I would like to keep it under $2500

 

My Questions are this:

1)      When transporting it from dorm to home does the coolant for the liquid cooling need to be drained?

2)      If when upgrading down the line by either replacing graphics cards, ram, cooling system using Digital Storm will there be a price cut or a discount for traded in hardware?

3)      Can personal upgrades, like adding a couple of sticks of ram from a local vendor, void the warranty?

With the operating system I have selected (Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium) is that 64 or 32 bit?

the liquid cooling system is air tight, you can trun it which ever way you want when moving.

don't think there is a discount for traded in hardware

you can upgrade all you want and it won't effect the warranty

the OS you had picked was the 32bit version the 64bit version states its 64bit.

the v8 does very well with OC, as a matter of fact if you are not going to OC go with the stock fan
