Why is it when I try to update to the newest nVidia drivers for vista 32 it tells me I don't have vista 32 on my system? Also when I try to uninstall drivers it tells me to restart my system for changes but then at reboot vista trys to reinstall the same drivers?

vista trys to install drivers cause it detects hardware that needs drivers to run.

what tells you that you don't have vista 32bit? the driver's installer?

It happens when I try to install 180.48 from a download file, that is the newest driver for vista 32. I can install 178.13 which is an older driver.

I mean I will ask a dumb question but you sure you don't have 64bit vista?
