Hi guys.. my new rig just arrived but unfortunately I have been having problems with the video card and a few crashes on start up. I was able to get on the phone with Digital Storm tech support and advised me when I get home from work to reseat the video cards to rule out any problems.

I just got done pulling the video cards out of the PCI slots and noticed something strange in the PCI slot holding my second GTX 670, is this normal or could this be the cause of the problem?

Its a prong sticking out of one the the small niches ( I apologize you have to zoom in quite a bit since its so small)

It could or could not be an issue, it might not be, as long as the gold contacts touch the pin on the graphics card. Try re-seating them and see how your system performs. If it still has issues, if you have more than one graphics card, try each card in the other slot to see if it is one of the cards, or that actual PCI-E slot.
