Hey everyone, its been quite awhile =O. I isntalled Vista Ultimate 32 bit last night on my second hard drive (150GB Raptor) and today installed everything and i went to my nVidia Control Panel today and went to check SLI and all the settings, and the SLI isnt in the 3D Settings.can anyone explain whats going on? and if SLI is even enabled?

First, check in the SLI area in your nvidia control and make sure it's even enabled. Once that is enabled then your 3d settings will show SLI options.
If it's on and you still arent seeing it in 3d settings (which would be weird) then just uninstall and reinstall your drivers. Should be a pretty simple fix.

is it recognising one as unknown hardware or just not seeing it at all? i would uninstall from the device manager the one that is being recognised along with your display driver then reboot. Hopefully vista will wake up and detect them, otherwise if you cant get the problem fixed feel free to send me the one its not recognising have you done all the updates for vista btw? |

You could also re-seat both cards and that might do something. Also, sometimes your system wont fully get rid of the nvidia drivers if you just uninstall it from control panel and then reboot, and reinstall the drivers. I have been having that problem a lot in vista lately. uninstall them, reboot, run driver sweeper on just the nvidia display drivers, then install.

Here, http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?SLanguage=en-us
You can get some of your drivers for a 64bit OS. No chipset drivers oddly enough. Maybe windows has them pre-loaded. |
