This Service Pack is 77.4 MB.  It took 50 minutes to download, then upload.

why so long are the servers getting hit hard, or your connection slow?

It must be their servers.  I'm using Time Warner, and although I'm not using their fastest down package because of price, it still has a down of a little over 6Megs.

Anyone else want to chime in and give their times?  Just curious.

I got mine all downloaded and installed in 15 min.
 
Then again, I downloaded it days ago.

It came through on my Windows Update.  This is where I downloaded it from.  Must have been a line, I guess.
