I ordered my PC on 4/9/2021. Today is 7/20/2021. I am only in stage 6. I was told that the whole process would take 30-35 business days. I have tried to reach out to customer service but there has been no answer to anything about my PC. I hope the PC will be a good one. If you are in a hurry for a PC, I suggest going somewhere else. 3 months for a PC soon to be 4 months is not reasonable for me.

Send an email to Alex ([email protected]) to get specific answers to your questions about the delay to your order.

Digital Storm has said that their "Ready-to-Ship" Lynx models are back in stock and they will be sent within 3 business days of ordering. The custom machines are taking longer due to a global shipping crisis coupled with a chip shortage. These events should have been a warning to anyone expecting pre-pandemic delivery times as we are finally getting back to "normal".

But, again, for your specific order, email the head of customer service Alex to get answers.
