The FBI announced last Friday there is a malware threat to home and business routers called VPNfilter. Here is an article discussing it and what you can do if you have one of the routers that could be infected.

Thanks for the link, Adangard.    My brother and I were just talking about it.   Your link mentions factory reset vs rebooting, which was the rumored fix.
