I have a Vanquish II L4 with the Z97-P motherboard. I have a 120 SSD and a 1TB HDD already installed and was wondering if I was able to install an additional 3rd SSD.

Hi bowler7....  That mobo has 4X SATA connections, so you can add another SSD. Three are already used up by your optical drive, SSD and HDD. 

You'll need a SATA cable to the mobo and a power connection out of the psu harness behind the right side cover.
