Looking to purchase next holiday sale up to Christmas, so no rush. Want input on current setup as well as any upcomming hardware releases that may be worth waiting until xmas to get. My monitor will be based off the pc I purchase and is not included  in this budget. Unfamiliar with SLI, however am open to suggestions. Also want input on color themes with LC and led fans, if some of you with sweet themes dont mind posting a pic of your beauties for ideas especially utilizing uv light. I am a total computer newb when it comes to hardware so bare with me if I have an off the wall question or two. I am very flexible on the budget but would like to hang around the 3k range.

	You got the wrong platform, the 2600k is more powerful in most stuff, also the highend SB cpus will be out in Q4 so that will be teh way to go. there is no point in discussing this build, as the new platform will have a different setup/higher oc/ etc.
