Does my payment status effect my warranty, my laptop was purchased in feb its dead does not turn on, i am 1 month behind due to being out of work for covid-19 can i still get my laptop repaired?

I would give DS a call on Monday. I am not sure what happens if you are behind in your payments and need warranty work.

This is just my 2¢... But as Digital Storm did not finance your computer as far as they're concerned everything should be normal. As Bread financed your computer they should have some sort of "lien" on it until the monies are repaid.
I could be wrong but it seems to me that is the whole purpose of using a 3rd party finance. If you're late on your VISA/MC/Discover bills the stuff you bought with them is still under warranty, no? |
