Does anyone have experience with turnaround time on warranty repairs?
The pump on my liquid cooling has failed and not only do they no longer make the same unit for my still under warranty computer, but they are telling me I have to send it in and it will be 4-5 weeks to repair. I have bought 2 DS systems and neither of them took that long to get to me being built from scratch so this seems ridiculous. Seriously not impressed. :( Edited by Phoolish - 25 Apr 2019 at 12:08pm |

Try an email to the DS management guy on the forum...Alex.. [email protected] ..... If he can’t help to speed that up a bit, he could at least better explain why it would take DS so long. One plus is that in similar situations, the customer almost always gets a better current model replacement unit.

It's not a 4-5 week repair time... that's way too long for any customer. There may have been specific situations where it took that long for special situations, but not order like yours. We will be able to turn it around within 1-2 weeks tops. Please email me your order information once it's been shipped to us and I will work with our team to ensure it's done quickly. |
