I've had my system for over six months now, and couldn't be happier. Just a minor question -- is it normal to have the water level go down periodically in this closed-loop system? Not dropping very fast, but is dropping some. I've added water once (about six weeks ago) and noticed a small level of drop since then. Is this normal?
Thanks!

Air trapped inside will work its way into the reservoir, so the water level will drop a little bit at first, then it should drop a tiny bit over time, due to evaporation through the tubes.
what kind of water did you add?

Thank You. I added Distilled Water Also, the small light behind my reservoir has started acting up. Sometimes it works fine. Sometime it is very dim. Sometimes it flashes rapidly on and off. Sometimes it goes out completely. Any idea what that is all about? Thanks much again. Edited by ags76 - 16 Nov 2010 at 9:17pm |
