Water Pump Clicking?

I'm new to this whole liquid cooling deal so I have a few questions:
 
Is it normal for the pump to make "clicking / ticking" sounds?
 
It didn't start out sounding like that, do you think the sound will go away on it's own?
 
I've had fish tanks before and this sound is akin to the sound those little air pumps make. This is a CoolIT LC and it's all self contained with no maintence. I'd tell you the exact model, but oddly enough I have no clue...all I know is that the Eliminator wasn't beefy enough so DSO ordered the one that's in my computer.
