Web-Cam and external Microphone

   Good Afternoon Everyone

OK I have installed a M.2 SSD in my computer and now I can not get my Web Cam or external microphone to work I have tried everything that customer service can think of can any smart person here help me. It seems that Windows is not recognizing either items
