Ok 2 times now when i am playing, my sound starts sounding funny, like those voice changer things. It happens when playing or listening to music and have the PC on for like 3-4hours. It gets really high pitch in slow mo, then it gets really low pitch in slow mo too, with a distorted sound. I look inside the case and the temp reading on the Mobo says 30-37.

All the temps on CPUID hardware look fine

Do you have a Nvidia graphics card? is it a high pitched noise, almost like a squeel? does not happen when the PC is at an idle?

No i do not have an Nvidia card, its an ATI 5850. The sound is really high pitch as if youre using a voice altering software, like a chipmunk when it goes high, and really deep like that puppet from the SAW movies. Haha thats the only way i can think of to describe it.

This sound is actually coming out of your speakers; not from in the case, correct?
