Eric has informed me that by ordering on 11/20 I don't qualify for the black Friday promo. He did say that he could help me on upgrades in the near future but any upgrades I wanted are in my new computer.

Sorry about the misunderstanding, I informed Eric, that, if a customer placed an order within a week from Black Friday we are more than happy to pass the "Black Friday" deal to them.
 
If the system has been built, we won't be able to offer the paint option, unless the customer is willing to pay a small $25 labor fee to take apart the unit for free the trim accent paint job.
 
He did come up to me about this and we clarified it. He should be speaking with you soon.
