I see the option "Dual SSD Hot Swap Bay (Internal)" for the Velox under expansion bay. What is this? Does it allow you to easily insert an SSD drive internally?

That's what a hot swap bay does, but the Velox doesn't have the slot to fit the hot swap bay. Not sure why its there except as a general option across the different cases.

Hotswap is so that you can remove a drive while OS is running without corrupting the data on the drive, a Hotswap bay as bp mentioned is a bay that allows you to take advantage of Hotswap easier by giving you a bay that you simply insert or eject a hdd/ssd, no wires to connect or disconnect.
