This is what I get with speedfan:
![]() ![]() I want to know what the generic "temp 1" etc are. They only thing that seems affected when I turn my case intake fans to high is "temp 2." My motherboard is the EVGA X58 SLI 3. |

they are different sensors per mobo as i understand it
stick to realtemps / coretemps and MSI afterburner
the fact that this is showing a different temp for "core 6" makes me question the accuracy of this

don't use speed fan for themps.. plain and simple turned your quad into a 6 core.

Alright then. I'd like to see how my ambient temperatures change when I set my intake fans to high instead of low.
