I was curious about something and I was looking around on past threads but couldnt find anything. Lets use the Aventum as an example. What kind (brand) of fittings and bolts and tubes and waterblock rad systems are being used? I keep hearing about this EK brand and some others that are top notch etc, is there anyway to find out what brands DS is using?

EK is great but not for everything this goes for most LC parts.

in the froshchill the rad and wb are not the best, but from subzero you get into the good stuff, the WB and rad for example in subzero are one of the best performers, the wb is Swiftech APOGEE XT Waterblock which is top 3 if not number one, I have this block in my system, the rad is xspc which is ok but if I get xpsc rads it would be the "Rx" series only cause those are great, not sure if DS is using the "RX" series or not, but if they are not I would ask that they use that in mine.

fittings and and etc, I'm not sure, probably a mix of different brands. pumps are swiftech, and I think tube is feser not sure.

EK has great water blocks for gpus, depending but xspc has some great gpu blocks also.

Ok so heres another question then, so Aventum being their flagship PC, it doesnt offer the Subzero LCS setup, but it offers the Cryo tech, and the H2O, so logic would generally think, the systems that are cheaper than the Aventum use cheaper cooling setups. But I have no idea if thats true, you mentioned the Subzero LCS uses the best WB and Rad, so if those are the best then what the hell is in the Aventum?

Thats very simple.

cryotech is thermo-electric coolling and only for cpu, the gpus in Aventum are cooled with subzero.

Just to clarify I said if they use the xspc "Rx" series in the subzero then its has one of the best rad, for subzero I see its says they xspc rad but it does not specify what series and from the pics it does not look like an "RX" series rad, but I could be wrong about that, which is why you should ask DS if its "Rx" series or not, and if not then request the "Rx" series if you know whats good for you/your loop.

To be honest it really depends on availability, we use a lot of top brands for our systems. It's hard to say what each component will be as every build is different. However, in general, we do use the best components possible.
