What do you think of these builds?

Greetings All! I am primarily a gamer who wants to do 3D modeling every now and then. I am also looking to get into VR, but I don't really get motion sick, so refresh rates aren't an issue for me. I can handle VR on a GTX 670 for example. Would anyone mind letting me know what they think of the two builds at the bottom? I am leaning towards a Zen build but am open to Intel, so i linked a build for that as well. Not sure which is better. I will likely dual boot with Manjaro Linux too. Also, I'm afraid i can't exceed the budget below, so any changes you recommend would need to be within that amount. Thank you!
