What Drive should my VelociRaptor in?

Hey guys Im still building up my dream computer here at DS. Sorry if this sounds like a dumb question, but does it matter whether I put my 300GB VelociRaptor in Hard Drive 1 or 2? And suggestions in what drive It should go would be great.

Well I believe DS puts your OS on drive 1 if you have more then one drive. So if you want your OS on that hard drive then by all means put it on 1.

If its the drive you are gonna put most of your things in than Drive 1.

Many now use a small drive just for their Operating System and apps ,and then have a larger drive just for games...

put OS on a smaller but faster drive and put everything else on the second drive
