I tried to call you folks there at DSO today a couple times.  It just rings and rings on the regular and toll free number as well.  Are your phones all down?

Your probably right.
 
Last I talked to them was Friday and they said it would ship today.  I see nothing that it did... sigh.

Dog Lover,

The phones were not down, just that all of the lines were extremely full towards the beginning and middle of the day. Having all of our lines full is not a normal thing here, but, since the massive wave of sales related calls due to the holidays, customer service/technical support calls from the weekend, and also Monday's calls, our lines were booked.
 
We have returned all voicemails, etc, and I also saw that you made a support request about the status and Kelly returned it.
 
Besides that, your system is still here, we are ironing out a little benchmarking issue, we want to make sure it's perfect. It should be going out tomm. and we are going to ship it via 2-Day air at no additional cost to make up for the extra day delay.
 
The phone system is rarely down, we are also moving to a new building in order to get more lines, and room for more employees.
