   here are a list of components i have,

-phenom X4

-hdd 500 gb

-win 7

-8 gigs of ram 1600mhz

-watercooling xspc kit

-cd drive

-700 watt psu

-blue led fans

i have about 450 dollars to get pc parts right now, id like to get a blue themed pc as to thats what color the part i already have are colored. i need a motherboard and graphics card(s). im willing to take any suggestions you guys have.
