What is OS Boost? I am configuring an order for a Slade.

I called Digital Storm Customer service to ask for details and it was like pulling teeth. I understand that unnecessary things are removed but what are they?

Finaaly I was told that they remove the firewall. I asked "what else?" And she said "that is all. They remove the firewalls""

Um? Am I missing something here?
