Some modern games do have the built-in feature to show FPS while playing game but is there any third party software that can help me to see FPS during gameplay.

My favorite app for monitoring FPS is Rivatuner Statistics Server. It's not super intuitive, but once you get it setup, it works really well.

I was reading an article in which is it explained that one should use MSI afterburner with the RTSS. this way RTSS gives more accurate reading. For the purpose of reference that was the article.https://www.cputemper.com/how-to-enable-fps-counter-in-msi-afterburner/ |

That's a great article thank you. I went to check my system, and discovered that I already have MSI Afterburner installed. It's been there long enough that I forgot about it. Apparently I'm already using it. :) |
