I ordered my PC on 6/15 and it is still in phase 1!
Just wondering how how long it will take before digital storm starts building the pc!

You ordered the system today. Give them time to collect parts. As far as the "when"? depends on your system and selection of parts.

Hi Wotmonger,

Today is 6/18. They have to get your payment sorted out and cleared before anything is done. That happens in Stage 1. How soon after that depends on what computer you ordered and the availability of the case and components.

Hi Wotmonger,

I would make sure the Credit Card address and the shipping address are the same. If not that will delay stage 1.

The Velox is a great case. They do have a supply problem with that case from time to time. It is a proprietary case built by someone else for Digital Storm. I just checked the configurator for the Velox and it looks like the case is in stock.

The email addresses have to be EXACTLY the same. I couldn't get mine at first because when I ordered I capitalized one letter and in the email address it wasn't. Start there.
