Where can I download IntelliPoint?

It seems like Microsoft doesn't have downloads for IntelliPoint anymore, and they replaced it with a really specific software for Microsoft mice only, which I (and probably many of us) do not have. Searching only yields sketchy download sites and not much discussion about it, so I wanted to ask if anyone knew a reliable place where I can install it. https://vidmate.onl/

There are no drivers for Win 10. Without them, you lose functionality of button assignments but apparently the mouse works otherwise. AFIK, the last drivers available are for Win 7. Some have reported partial button function with download 8.2 in "compatibility mode". That may be available here:

I wasn't going to download it to find out what version it is, but IDK why it wouldn't be the last one.

If that doesn't work, and some people report it won't, it appears to be time for a new mouse.
