I was wondering, cause I see no new reviews as of late. The one I do see, are several years old.

It's actually a good question. Forum content has really slowed down and there hasn't been too much activity on the Youtube channel. With the Pandemic ending and a lot of people going back to work at their physical locations. I guess we should expect social slow-downs.

Keep in mind, most people only post something when they have a problem/issue they need help with fixing; guidance on selecting system components, etc. Of course, there is also this thing called a holiday that keeps getting in the way.

We're here and busier than ever. The forums will be replaced soon with Discord. In regards to content, YouTube shorts and our TikTok has the latest content.

Alex, it pains me to ask, but why has DS gone silent on many fronts? No new products; cool products discontinued; no updates on the news forum page; no meaningful YouTube videos or shorts.

This forum had been quite active, with lots of new people joining and asking for help with their builds. The only activity are customers playing in the Count game.

In a world where there are choices, wouldn't you think DS would care about retaining customers let alone attracting new? I have been very happy with my Lumos and am contemplating its eventual replacement. Why should return users care to come back?

You keep mentioning about a discord. How hard is it to really set that up? If it was a DS priority, I'm sure it would have happened already.

Even the press videos are extremely old, with models no longer being sold.

Just wanted to share my thoughts.

Great feedback! There is definitely a small percentage of active customers that engage and enjoy the community forums. We strongly believe in having a community. Times have changed where social media platforms are becoming popular choices.

Yes we do have older content posted on the forums, including the featured press reviews, this will all be cleaned up soon.
