where is Sound Blaster Cinema 5?

I was asking this question in a thread in the general forum, but I didn't want to hijak that thread too badly.

I just got an Avon yesterday and Cinema 5 is not installed. It wasn't installed when I got the PC. I opened it up and put my own storage drive in and did a clean install of Windows Pro. Still no Cinema 5. It is the new version of Win 10, 1903. Someone in the other thread said it is installed automatically with Win 10, but not for me.

I did see a Sound Blaster folder in the downloadable zip file from my account page, but I didn't see anything in that folder that looked like it would install something.

So where is it? Honestly, it's not that big of a deal for me because I'll be using headphones 90% of the time when I'm gaming. But it would be nice to have for watching netflix and stuff. My Avon has a Cinema 5 sticker on it and everything except the app :)

You might want to give DS a call and they will fix you up. More so if you are supposed to have that app. Big%20Smile

I’m in the same exact boat except mines a Nova laptop. Did you ever get any info from DS?

None yet. Been working with Alex at DS on it via email for a while now. He's been awesome but sadly, I cant get SB Connect to find my audio device.
