Which one of these pc builds is better, also how much FPS would these run for gta5 and warzone. And also are these worth the price and should I upgrade these parts for something else?

All you did between the two was spend needlessly on the second most expensive case here.
Neither one is particularly good. For starters, the Intel 10400F is crap compared to the AMD 5600X. The Intel part locks you into the obsolete PCIe Generation 3 bus. The 5600X is Gen 4, which is double the bandwidth. The GTX 1650 GPU is also pretty lame for frame rates. A 1660 is all of 44% better/faster, and worth the upgrade IMHO. Here's as reasonable a good performer as I can recommend here: https://www.digitalstorm.com/configurator.asp?id=4013483 The Lynx is the cheapest case, but comes with the RGB fans and internal lighting. You could drop the lighting to save $29. The 5600X CPU is top-notch for budget gaming and will be fine for several years. 16GB of RAM is a must these days. The 500GB Digital Storm SSD drive is slower than an NVMe drive, but it is way faster than a mechanical hard drive, and saves some money. The upgrade would be a Samsung 500GB 980 PRO NVMe M.2, for $106. The 1660 is a budget stretch, but you will be happier gaming on that at 1080p for several years than the 1650. It's worth the extra investment IMHO. I will not recommend the $1149 "Ready to Ship" pre-built on offer in the Lynx case. It does offer 8 cores, but in the obsolete PCIe Gen 3 series. 8GB of RAM will get you started out of the box, but is not enough going forward. The GTX 1650 is just entry level, and will not keep one happy for long. Hope it helps. |

Cretae gives very good advise. Respectfully, I would not go as far as declaring Gen 3 "obsolete", more like "last gen." At present Gen 3 is very well entrenched.

I refer to it as obsolete because all parts manufactured going forward will be designed to optimize on PCIe 4. They will be backwards compatible, but will not run as intended. Most importantly for many of us, the next couple of generations of GPUs will likely be seriously gimped. That is, they will run fine, but leave their best frame rates for PCIe Gen 4 users. It doesn't save very much at all to get a last gen CPU, so don't do it!
