"Dear Larawndashawnda Jackson*,

   I wanted to take this time to write you and express my most sincere apologies in the delay of your system.  As a valued customer we recognize the importance of our punctuality but most unfortunately there are rare times where things fall out of our control.  
We found that we had a bad batch of Hardware come in from our vendor, in which we had to replace/test/replace/test (3x total) the motherboard.
We then found (thanks to my observation on taking your system under my personal care) that the case ordered, albeit a magnificent case, is not a compatible solution for the dual-loop water cooling system.  So we changed cases at no additional cost to you.
 
Your system is currently in the testing phase and will be water cooled today, then tested over the weekend for stability with the water cooling.
 
Please accept my most sincere apologies.  Monday is a holiday, but I have made it my utmost priority to make sure you get the best system possible by next week.

^ I will just say that this man makes the baby jesus giggle and coo (i.e. he is the sh*t) and is quite single-handedly the only reason I haven't lost my mind/patience and I'm not slitting throats atm. He should be given a super gold star for the week, srs bsns.

How long you been waiting? And what case did they upgrade you to? what case did you have before?

the 950 is a great case though youll enjoy it. It doesnt look as cool though =P

yes, I have the mobo inserted BTX style because I have an enormous radiator accross the bottom.
