so i was wondering if you can add a wifi card to the vanquish 7 "good" model because it does not come with one so could i put my own in it?

Welcome to the forum Gabre .

Yup you could add a WiFi card to one of the PCIE X1 slots on the motherboard.
The easiest move would be to purchase a USB WiFi Dongle and plug into one of your available USB ports.    Should be much easier as a solution, and you should find them fairly inexpensive at BestBuy, or on Amazon or Newegg.

Less expensive option and keeps the PCIE slots open for other upgrades is the wifi "dongle". Just plug into one of the back USB ports and you're done.

I've been using this one from Amazon..
