Lets get straight to the point. Corsair Liquid Cooler 240mm will it fit in the top of the Digital Storm Lynx Level 2 case? Or will it hit the ram sticks?

Go to Desktops and click on Lynx. The top picture shows a 240mm dual AIO mounted at the top. The DS branded AIOs are made at the same factory as the Corsairs.

Yes, the radiator appears to be on the front and it sure looks tight up there for one! That said, even if it fits, it will be drawing warm air from inside the case, lowering its efficiency. As installed in the front, it is drawing air from outside the case which will be relatively cooler.
I guess the best answer will be given by DS.
Why do you want it on top?

because I know it has space for fans on the top and since I wanted to switch to liquid cooled I didn't wanna have to remove the front fans and then have to buy the 240mm fans for the top since that is extra money it would have been more cost effective to get the liquid cooler for the open space

You could move two of the front fans to the top and then install the radiator and its included fans in the front.

Anyway... To address your original questions.

I promise nothing because I cannot verify. However, based on the photos in the following article:

Digital Storm Lynx review | Digital Trends

Looking at the mounting slots, including how they are shifted away from the motherboard side, the top panel should accommodate up to two 120mm fans and/or a 240mm radiator. I would recommend at the very least measuring.

L: 277 mm
W: 120 mm
D: ~53 mm (including fans)

To check RAM, motherboard, and cable clearance, measure from the outside edge of the inner slots of the top panel down 53 mm.

(A quick/rough measurement guide)
• Ryzen 5600X, ROG Strix B550-I, RX 6900 XT, 32GB Vengeance, 960GB MP510
• be quiet 500DX, i7 11700K, ROG Strix Z590-E, RTX 4080 ProArt + RTX 4070 Ti ProArt, 64GB HyperX Fury, 2TB SN850

From the DS Lynx case specs:

Radiator Options
Front - Up to 240mm / Front - Up to 280mm / Front - Up to 360mm

So front rad is the only option.
