Hi Asrotechnics...That is a nice build.
To answer your question......The Noctua d14 mounts to the cpu/mobo and will cool the i7-3770k no problem at all. It has nothing to do with cooling the video cards. The gtx 670's exit most of their heat out the back mounting plate and out of the case. Sli here would be no problem. The HafX fans, especially the side 200mm fan will supply the card's cooling fan with plenty of fresh air. When you say LC setup, do you mean stage 2 240mm or stage 6 ? With the stage 2, 240mm cooler it is a sealed unit mounted to the cpu and wouldn't have any impact on the graphic cards. With stage 3 and 4 and 5 it would only be for cpu and again not affect the graphic cards. If you mean a stage 6 where the cpu and graphic cards are all water cooled, then you'd have to put the second card into the water loop with water block, tubing, etc. Or send it back to DS for the addition. Hope this helps.

So right, the Noctua is only for the CPU cooling, which it does a fantastic job with.
Also liquid cooling is a luxury. It makes the inside of your computer look probably 2-3x as attractive, and really turns your computer into a show piece meant for the center of your room. That said, its not really necessary. Air cooling provides the same functionality, function over form instead of form over function
The video cards are a separate issue. They can also be easily air cooled within the Haf X case.
HOWEVER, i strongly strongly recommend a 120mm fan in the provided air duct. I believe the 670s run cooler than 570s, but before I got that fan, SLI 570s were running at a toasty 85 C, with a one time peak of 86. Afterwards, the max I've ever seen is 78 after 4+ hours on Metro 2033, typically 10 degrees C cooler across the board at 75 max.
For 10 dollars, theres no reason not to get one if you go with air cooling. If you dont want to mess with installation im sure DS would install one for not much more than 30.
