Hello, i was playing silent hill 4 today and i was noticing when i would record video it would stop on its own, then when i tried to watch the video it would not really play. So i thought a restart would solve my issues. So I restarted it and upon botting it just hangs on the msi boot screen. I can get to the bios but it wont boot windows. I think i may need to run a recovery but i cant figure out how. If I try to boot from the recovery usb they sent me it just hangs up. Any ideas? Ive never had a problem until right now.

F8 at boot, should bring up recovery options.
