Windows 11 TPM 2.0 Requirement

   I downloaded and installed the ASUS BIOS 1101 update for my RAMPAGE-VI-EXTREME-ENCORE MOB. There was a slight hiccup regarding "Ignore CPU Low Fan Speed" setting. ASUS also recommended that the Intel ME be updated using the MEUdateTool ver. 11.12.82.1838. Before the update starts it recommends backing up the TPM 2.0 key and ASUS you to download the Driver file to check the MD5 code. 

Any suggestions on how to backup TPM key in Windows 10 and checking the MD5 code.
