windows 7 backup error

After installing everything needed windows updates, games i want to play, antivirus software i wanted to make a final backup file and i get a windows error that says this.
 
There is not enough disk space to create a volume shadow copy on the storage location. Mare sure that, for all volumes to be backed up, the minimum required disk space for shadow copy creation is available. and on and on and on....error code 0x80780119
 
so when i go try to make a backup i get the error message i go on show details i get also a message
 
A Shadow copy could not be created. please check VSS and SPP application event logs for more information.
Details insufficient storage available to create either the shadow copy storage file or other shadow copy data. error code 0x81000019
 
 
i have WAYYYYY to much storage space i got 74.1 GB on C and 898 on D  and backup maximun only takes 36GB what the info says...well so what is wrong with windows??? i dont understand at all what is going on...

I don't use messengers, and if I post my email here I normally have to change email addy, it gets slammed with spam.
