How long until Windows 7 starts shipping along with the builds after the 22nd of October? Days? Weeks? Months? Also will it be installed with the specific drivers for that system with Windows 7?

Probably a week at most, though nothing is guaranteed.  Most drivers are already built into Windows 7, though some will need updating such as the nvidia drivers.
