How much space does W7 Ultimate use?

Are all programs and games compatible with Windows 7 regardless of whether or not its W7 Pro, W7 Home Premium, or Windows 7 Ultimate?

16bit apps/games will not work on win7.

ultimate/pro comes with xp mode which you can run 16bit apps inside of it.

I have yet to come across apps that don't work with win7, the version of win7 will not matter.

the difference in version is capabilities, and the amount of ram they can use, home starter can do only 2GB total (including gpu ram), home basic can do only 8GB total, home premium can do only 16GB total, pro and ultimate can do 192GB total.

win7 64bit will take about 20GB of space, I have ultimate and it does take that much space.

didn't know about the gb limit. thats interesting. but 16gb should be fine for just about everybody. shouldn't need more than 8gb ram and 2gb gpu.

For power users it may not be, for gamers I can think when 16GB would not be enough, I don't think I will be alive to see that lol.
