Hello again guys, I know my computer was already sent in for repairs. 

During the phone conversation i don't believe i touched upon the fact that the first time my system was sent out to me it had problems installing the windows updates that it downloaded.

I touched upon it in my recent thread when Alex promply replied and set everything straight.  It would be great if this could be looked into i'm not sure if anyone else has had this problem, or has a solution to the problem.

I really don't have any problem if DS had to wipe my harddrive clean or anything since i didn't have anything of importance on it at all.

I'm not quite sure if it reached their facility yet, i live in buffalo new york, and ups picked up the package last week wednesday Feb. 11th.

OK, here is the thing, they are closed on Monday, and if you want to get a message to them like the one in your first post, its best you call them Tuesday and let them know directly, cause this post probably will be missed, they don't provide tech support via the forum in that manner.

I'm sure they will take care of it and get it back to you all fixed up

Thanks DTS4ME i appreciate all the help you've given me thus far.  I didn't get a chance to look into a solution but i have heard other people having problems with the windows updates.

This is no big deal, we have helped people with this on my own forum, there is just files left over and not wiped, with a few commands you remove what is left and download again and it will work.

worst case senario, they just reinstall os. either way its an easy fix and nothing to worry about at all.

Just be sure to call them on Tuesday so they are aware of it.
