Windows preinstalled on SSD or HDD?

I'm wondering if the desktop computers ship with Windows pre-installed on the SSD or HDD. If it's installed in the hard drive, what would I have to do to put Windows on the SSD instead?

Windows will be installed in the faster drive, SSD.

It is not difficult,the Windows 10 i use now has been installed to SSD by me.

I think they said it would be on the drive that was listed as #1 on the configuration.
