Long time DS Friends,
Need to know what i need to do to install XP pro. I have windows 7 and want to set up duel boot. I have 3 shard drives with windows 7 on the primary. Some of the games i play are NOT compatible with Window's 7 and My copy of XP is sitting collecting dust and WHY NOT USE IT...

Thanks DST4ME but I only have Window 7 home. I apologize, I should've mentioned that.

Follow the guide based on which you have installed first, you should not have to reinstall the os that is already installed, to be safe, clone the drive before you begin, so that if anything goes wrong you can quickly and simply restore from the clone and pick back up where you left off.

Got everything installed. But it keeps booting up XP... The directions say to download network drivers. I can't get on the Internet. How do I get the Internet driver installed so I can download all updated and the boot order program.

did you try the tip after step 6?
xp overwrote the boot file, once you do what the tip says it will restore boot for win7, from there you can download and install whatever you need then once you got easybcd going you can choose to boot to xp instead of win7. If you ask me, for these types of situation, I like to have the xp on one drive and the win7 on a different drive, so all I do is pop one drive out and pop the other one in, if you have hotswap bays, these are very handy for this scenario.
