We are going to be going through a home remodel in about a month. During that time (5 to 8 months...hopefully), there is a good chance I will not be able to have my desktop (ODE0) connected to the router via an ethernet cable. Does anyone have any recommendations for a wireless solution? Do the USB wireless adapters work well for a DS system? I'm looking at something like the TP-LINK TL-WN722N (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833704045). Anything else I need to be aware of?
Thanks for the advice/help. |

Hi sdwas.. I use the D-Link Wireless N 150 USB Adapter for my old Dell when I moved it downstairs after ODE 0 delivery. Works great and their is no card to mound inside, and no adapter hanging off the USB port. It comes with a cradle for adapter so only a cable plugs in.
The one you link I've never used, but looks good. Any would work fine in the ODE. Good luck with remodel...
