i was just wondering how the instant savings work per build because if i build the exact same rig as value which has $100 instant saving and the same rig with the extreme which has $500 instant. everything is the same even the case why do they come out to be the same price? how do the savings work then?

The instant savings are primarily based on shipping for the system. Since we cover ground shipping, that total is added to the instant savings. They also represent any sales on hardware that are currently in effect. So if you don't select anything that's on sale, it'll just reflect the covered shipping.
